Guilty....1st degree. Why?

If they decided on 2nd degree (not planned) they, in essence, believe he killed them both. If they believe he killed them both, then they have to accept the evidence of "tide" research, cement anchors made ahead of time, purchase of tools to dispose of body (boat, fishing poles and fishing license), and statements made to Amber Frey indicating that Christmas would be his first without his wife. These comments are clearly not fully inclusive of all the premeditative evidence brought out either. With two new jurors in just as many days it would take time to first bring them up to speed if they didn't agree with the other 10. My gut tells me many believe he's guilty, if not all, and that the profile of "pinky" (the first replacement) was that she leaned towards guilt and wouldn't easily be manipulated. I believe the two jurors recently removed were leaning towards innocence which may have been holding up the guilty verdict and that the last two replacements clinched the guilty verdict.

Summary: If they find him guilty they would have to find him guilty in the 1st degree. Their bodies were found where he went fishing...duh!!!!!

Very convincing argument. I believe he'll be found guilty, and am persuaded by your post that it'll be guilty in the first degree.
