I have a boat very similar in size and construction, and I don't think there is any way he could have dumped her out of it without capsizing it. Having said that, I think he's probably guilty.
My personal opinion: he dumped her the night before, went back and drug her BEHIND the boat, attached the anchors, and let her sink.
Seems to me that they Manufacturer of the boat actually performed their own test of capsizing and it passed with flying colors!!
I spend a lot of time on a 40' motorboat in the California Delta and I've helped single guys in my Marina unload a 90 pound Sturgeon from a boat like Petersons. These guys land the 90 pounder by themselves while anchored. He would have no problem loading a 100 pound woman.
