I'd be afraid to take a jury trial in any case.
They've gotta all be people who never read, don't get out, have no opinions, and never monitor the media.
Sounds like a bunch of liars or mindless or reclusive depressives comprise our juries.
I know; the concept of TRYING to get on a jury just blows me away. Who ARE these people?
