The Palestinians want Arafat to be buried in Jerusalem while the Israelis do not. I can understand the Jews not wanting him buried there as it would seem to make the city more “sacred” to the Palestinians having him under that soil.
I believe that a compromise can be achieved. What more appropriate way to commemorate the life of this terrorist than to park an empty bus somewhere on the border of the city with Yasser inside, strap his body full of dynamite and let him be laid to rest everywhere.
That way he can go out the way he taught his people to go - with a bang.
Works for me.

I'm sure the Israelis have a landfill somewhere that's accessible to Palestinians and Jews alike: why can't they simply dump his carcass there?
The Palis could go there and shoot their guns off into the air, and the rest of the world could go there to relieve themselves.
