are a mixed curse. Yes, they do tend to clog pipes, but measures can be taken to minimize that. OTOH, they seem to have contributed to the improved water quality of the Great Lakes since the 1970s.
I knew about the pipes etc. The ZEBRA mussels are also a nuisence for boaters, especially when going from one lake to anoter. My question: Are they edible?
