You forgot the alternative who actually committed the executions - MUP.
That is of course unless 200 KLA disguised themselves as Serbian Policemen (MUP) and attacked themselves supported by an armored company team from the Serbian Army. LOL
The KLA was not based in Racak. It was in a town several kilometers south of there.

You are correct that the KLA wasn't based in Racak - it wasn't because Racak was a ANTI-KLA village.
KLA Commander Buja has testified that he gangpressed ( er went house to house asking for volunteers ) dozens of Racak villagers the day of the firefight.
As anyone with the remotest experience with insurgencies can tell you........insurgents (VC, Partizans, & Jihadis) use loyalist villages as launching pads for their attacks. wraith can set you straight on the subject.
