Are those the guys that did the radiation hardening tests?
A friend of mine clued me in, so on a flight down there, I was watching the ground around KAFB. Lots of mysterious mounds out there.

Yup. And they have a big CO2 laser out there as well. I think they take basic research from the other labs and develop weapon prototypes.
