''No one would be more interested than me in finding out that we really won, but that ain't the case," said Jack Corrigan, a veteran Kerry adviser who led the Democrats' team of 3,600 attorneys who fanned out across the country on Election Day to address voting irregularities.
''I get why people are frustrated, but they did not steal this election," Corrigan said. ''There were a few problems here and there in the election. But unlike 2000, there is no doubt that they actually got more votes than we did, and they got them in the states that mattered."

I disagree- I think there was plenty of DEMOCRAP fraud- just not enough (for them) ;)
Why confuse them with facts.
The dems are not influenced by facts.
Yes, but he is a deep plant by Karl Rove.
It means that the DNC leadership, which wants to win elections, is being completely ignored by the activist base of the party.
That is sweet.
They are going through the 5 stages of grief... Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. Given the history of the 2000 election, I don't know if they will get past anger before 2008.
You'd think they'd listen to their own legal team. Oh well, I hope they get to read that article though, I want to see what they think, since that leaves them 3 options:
1) The democratic party is incompetent.
2) The democratic party lost of purpose.
Or... could it be...
3) Bush actually won! Nah, they'll never believe that since according to them you have to be an idiot to vote for Bush...
I say let 'em burn up all their energy for the next couple of years trying to prove the election was fraudulent. It's kind of like putting an idiot in a round room and telling them to find the corner - it keeps them busy on a silly project, but keeps them from doing any real damage.
Let the lunatict left have their conspiracy theories, I say encourage them!
They're simply lulling us to sleep while they steal the election. NOT! Actually the democratic lawyers are looking for new employers and the Republican Party is the only one available at the present time.
I'm sure that Walter Cronkite, "the most trusted man in America", will soon report that Karl Rove put him up to it.
...how can some democrats, (specially in a certain message board) still claim there was fraud?
It is what they do...
``Can someone please show this to the DUmmies?``
Oh don't do that. It looks like they are enjoying themselves so much. And like a zoo, it is fun for normal people to go over there and look at them. But please do not feed.
If Dem management is telling the tinhats to stand down,
it's likely due to what a real investigation would uncover.
Otherwise, they'd be happy to encourage 4 more years of
Gore-y resentment and "stolen election" spin.
A quick concession on their part leads me to believe that they don't want people looking into this too closely.
Why let a little thing like lack of evidence deflate their paranoia and lunacy? I'd kind of enjoy watching their toboggan-ride into the twilight zone for a few more weeks until they return to their padded cells.
I guess you all deserve the fun of watching the DUers make their topics, but still, I wonder how these people justify their theories as well as support for a party that flat out tells them they're wrong.
For crying out loud. Kerry conceded a week ago. Bill Clinton told Democrats to just accept the fact that Bush has won. And now Democrat lawyers are saying there was no fraud.
Is there something the DU retards know that Kerry, Clinton, and the head leaders of the Democrats don't?
No, the real Jack Corrigan has been captured by Ashcroft's secret police. He's being held in Guantanamo all plastered up with sensors so Rove can release a film of his digital proxy saying the election was fair. The NSA is doing realtime rendering on their trillion dollar supercomputers.
Pass it on.
