You've got that right! Carter going would give him status as a statesman, not the murdering terrorist that he is. And, of course, Jimmy would play it for all it was worth and give our enemies plenty of encouragement.

No, Jimmy you are not going - at least not as a representative of the US Government in any shape, form, or fashion!
