A free health care for everyone does sound good, though. I'm currently paying off a $2,500 medical bill because I didn't have health insurance at the time. Get in touch with the hospital and ask for a settlement amount. Quite often you can get a significant reduction if you can pay one lump sum. It's worked for me.
