Hmm, yeah, well.

Purim occurs in Feb/March.

I wouldn't want to wait that long for Arafat to croak, even if it is at the appropriate time of the year.

Hey if "Sweetest Day" is 6 months from "Valentines Day" why can't "Arafat Day" be 6 months (approx.) from Purim?

My point was they gave thanks and feasted after their victory over their enemy, and continue to do so every year. Never mind the timing of Purim.
