Who was the lawyer for the other Peterson..?
I think he was the one who said the defense must agree ...(or mistrial in some east coast state?)..(He and his blowpoke.)

Thanks for the replies. It didn't make sense to me that they would ever need a defendant's permission in a situation where the juror did something to warrant their dismissal. However, if for some other reason - I know it's being reported that #7 was doing some investigating and breaking some rule, but who knows what to think?

David Rudolph. Recall they dismissed a juror the day after he was picked up for drunk and disorderly conduct while wearing his jury badge. Big "L" on his forehead.
