Which girl was charged?

Was it the assailant, or was it the victim?

Used to be that would not be considered a serious question but in this PC world, it really has to be asked.

Don't be silly. The Bush girl will be given a light fine and sent to diversity/tolerance training classes before being re-assigned to a more progressive set of parents.

Well it's obvious, isn't it? The victim should be charged because she started it when she offended the assailant with her mother's Bush vote.

Well, since many schools have zero-tolerance policies against both the victim and the assailant, I would imagine both girls are in trouble with the school.
