According to
HazeGray.org, North Korea has approximately 22 Romeo diesel subs, 4 Whiskey diesel subs, and a whole mess of dinky infiltration diesel submarines.

I just devoured an "unidentified" foreign sub!
Stopped by Krazkovsky's Sub Shop on W. 38th -- wow, the meat was definitely "unidentifiable" -- not sure if it was ham, turkey, or whatever!

One of the great satires, year's past - National Lampoon magazine. They ran an ad with a VW bug, showing how water tight it was. Floating. Tag line : "If Ted Kennedy drove a VW, he'd be president today."
Wasn't that ad great?

Yup! In the 1980's (latter part of the decade) The Koreans acquired 9 Ocar 1's. Six were serviceable and the remaining three were slotted for cannibalization. The Soviets will most likely sell more fleet assets to pay for existing fleet projects and programs.

Bzzt. The Americans have subs in Yokosuka. 688's and 751's. No Trident's though - that would go over well with the Japanese bleeding hearts.
