Well, in fairness, the L might not be as big of a factor as it looks. She campained as a big pro-gay rights, pro-abortion candidate, so it's actually quite possible she took more D votes then R votes.

I see. Usually "L" candidates focus on big gov't in general and taxes in particular, so her liberal social issue concentration is a bit unusual.
