Shaath stated that Arafat began sustaining digestion and intestinal problems which became complicated by his living conditions and little oxygen in the Mukata compound. He stated that a chain of events began to follow, leading to a situation of diminished platelet count in his blood, making it impossible to deliver nourishment via an intravenous line for fear of hemorrhage. Bla bla bla. It is worth to note that Israel never made Arafat stay in his HQ. They said he could leave, but Arafat chose never to do so because he was hiding wanted terrorists in his HQ, and his presence prevented Israeli action.

"He added that as Muslims, they do not believe in euthanasia and therefore, there is no discussion of unplugging Arafat, adding at this points, it depends on his bodys ability. He called thoughts of euthanasia ridiculous."

From the title I thought that Fast Eddie Rendell had appointed a foreign minister to protest the Presidents election victory.

I like the bit about "and little oxygen" in the statement. It is about as sensible as the rest of the crap spewing from the mouths of these habitually lying murderers.
