This is THE major issue on which I disagree with Bush.
This type of talk from Powell will do nothing except encourage even more of the Mexicam lower class to head north in the hope of getting amnesty. Just what we need;

Don't blame Powell. He's speaking for the President. That's his job...speaking for the President with regard to foreign policy.
