yeah - NM did it in 2000 - they simply "found" a box a ballots that had "not been counted" and every single one was for Gore - so he "won" on the recount...
they're having a bit more trouble this time tho' due to Bush's much larger lead
but you gotta give them "a" for effort
Each ballot is numbered? Wouldn't that be hard to redo? Wouldn't they have to mess with the existing ballots?
