No wonder Susan Estrogen had a gleam in her eye. It was wonderful to watch that gloomy face though as the evening wore on.

Not to change the subject but I rely on DU for my daily laughs. Have they gone underground again?

If there are any lurkers here from DU continue to make my day and please come back online

Although I did not see her meltdown on FOX I read at another site that during the episode where Brit could not get a word in edgewise, once he finally got to speak he yelled at the crew to cut her mike.

Well, while it's not a poll, some savvy freeper came pretty close on the electoral college numbers.

Supporters for John Kerry, including Ruth Halberg, right, cheer while watching returns from the polls Tuesday, March 2, 2004 in New York. In a nation close to evenly divided, Americans are emerging from the 2004 presidential election with two different portraits of their nation sketched by two very different subsets of the population. By the first time Estrich showed up on Fox TV (must have been about 8pm EST), that wasn't a gleam in her eye.

She was downright glassy eyed. Her stream of consciousness, clearly inebriated 'thoughts' were a dead giveaway that we were more likely than not going to carry the night.

We did. :-)
