I have a weird legal question.

If the LAPD have to storm the consulate, does that not imply an INVASION of a foreign country?

Does not firing shots within the compound by an arm of the Government of California constitute an act of WAR?

Just wondering.

If the LAPD entered the consulate without the consent of the Mexican government, it would be a violation of international law.
