But she has the right to impose her values (or lack of them) on him?

That she should be allowed, legally, to force him to perform an act which he considers immoral and against his code of ethics (Hippocratic Oath)?

Freedom is kind of a one-way street with you, isn't it?

His freedom lies not in his right to force his moral views on his company's customers, but in his right to quit and get another job where his values will not be compromised. Remember, logic is our friend.

Moreover a pharmacist is bound both by his terms of employment and the rules of the state!
