A better analogy would be a pro-life doctor on staff at a pro-choice hospital. Should he be required to perform abortions?

If part of his job description was doing abortions? Sure.

Do we have any evidence of what the pharmacist's job description was? Was it really so detailed as to require the dispensing of birth control and abortificants?

And I'm not aware of any doctor whose job description requires him or her to perform abortions. Maybe the butchers at the abortion mills have such a job description. As an attorney I've advised doctors before that they have no legal or moral duty to perform abortions.
