Does a pharmacist have the right to keep your prescription? What if one truly is using the pill for non-birth control reasons? Should one have to explain the reasons one is getting a prescription for any "controversial" meds?

If he simply did not want to fill it, he could have returned it to her. He didn't need to keep. He didn't achieve anything, accept causing his company a lawsuit. Congrats.

No but I have said that ad nauseum already. That really isn't the issue. The issue is does the government have the right to force doctors, pharmacist etc to violtate their moral beliefs on the taking of innocent human life. I think that answer is clear and I am surprised ath resistance to it on this thread.
