Most of California is rural. Rural areas, for the most part...the vast, vast majority...voted Bush. The county by county map illustrates that the leftists/socialists/DNC party has successfully created a few highly populated enclaves of elitists and many, many modern reservations where they have gotten the people there dependent upon them.

In the rest of the areas, where people work for themselves and exhibit traditional American values...the nation votes for those values.

I live in blue Los angeles county, but went up north last weekend to Paso Robles. I tell you, the further north I got, (the exception be Santa Barbara), the more I felt like I was back in America. Bush Cheny signs everywhere. It was great.
