The Cuban vote sagged Luis. It is regressing to the mean. You folks are simply assimilating too fast. Shame on you. :)

LOL!
I don't know where you got your numbers from, but that's not what we tracked on the ground down here.

Exit polls, and the numbers from Dade. It was the non Cuban Hispanics in Florida that trended Bush. You guys were down to about 70%, way short of the Dutch-Americans, just as I feared.

Where did you get the numbers, I haven't been able to find any yet that did not lump all Hispanic voters in Miami together.

Here are some exit poll numbers from a commie-lib blog site:
Here's some early exit data polling of Latinos in Florida (2000 numbers are in parenthesis):
KERRY BUSH
Hispanics 46 (35) 53 (65)
Cubans 32 (17) 68 (82)

The commies have us voting 82% Bush?
The real number must have been closer to 90.

Sorry...should have looked closer.
According to the "exit polls" Kerry won the election.

And here is the final exit poll result of Florida Hispanics, per CNN, which exit poll adjusted its numbers based on actual returns, those cheaters they:
Latino (15%) 56% +7 44% 0%
What this means, is Bush was up 7% with Hispanics in Florida, vis a vis 2000, and per the prior post, it seems to be more about the swing with non Cuban Hispanics, who trended the opposite of Cubans.

I saw another exit poll that it was 76% of Cuban-Americans who voted for Bush.

Could be, but the trends stand don't they? It is an entirely natural phenomenon to me. Those who fully embrace the American experience, and their own personal experiences, despite their ethnicity, will tend to over time reflect the overall landscape. It is a sign of health.
