Bush won't let him get away with any crap.

How will President Bush -- or anyone, for that matter -- stop Specter once he's named Chairman?

I guess what I'm asking is, do you believe Specter will straighten up if the President tells him to?

There would have to be some pretty heavy duty quid pro quo at stake. Like opening up a dozen new military bases in Pennsylvania.

What are the rules for removing a Chairman? If we have a majority of the positions on the judiciary and all the Rep Senators on the committee vote against him for some given reason, wouldn't he be forced out of the position?
