I wonder if there are really schools where teachers could get by showing this kind of propaganda, or if Moore has just posted this to make conservatives mad.
If it's the former, be aware and don't let it happen.
It would be nice if the e-mail address at the bottom were overwhelmed by Freeper and other messengers!

It would be nicer if Michael Moron moved to Canada where he belongs.

Three words that are foreign to the wee mind of Michael Moore...

Disturbing. Any parent that allows this kind of indocternation should be ashamed.

I say we plant a mole in the Michael Moore website asking for teachers suggestions. I'm sure we at FreeRepublic would LOVE to know teachers who are interested and showing this movie.

I don't know. If I were a high school english teacher, I might do a unit on propaganda. I'd ask the permission of the parents, but I'd like to show F9/11, Rise of a Nation, and Triumph of the Will to show how a skillful filmmaker can manipulate emotions.

Goebbels loved to say that the Nazis owned the youth of Germany. Michael obviously took good notes.

Here are some people that helped with the "teachers guides" and "lesson Plans". Any of these names familiar? Are they teachers or Michael Moore clones? I'd be interested to find which public schools are showing this movie. Here is the thanks from Michael Moore himself.
Thanks to Bill Bigelow, Sandra Childs, and Julie Treick O'Neill for this lesson.

You'd better believe there is! Inside the teacher's lounge at my daughter's elementary school is a notice and sign up for the DVD of Farenheit 9/11. My younger daughter's kindergarden teacher is convinced that that movie is gospel. When she found out that I was a Bush supporter she, in trying to convince me of the error of my ways said, "haven't you seen Farenheit 9/11?" She wasn't happy with me. hehehehhe

Yes. Before the election there was outrage by parents at a Jacksonville Florida school where one of the "teachers" showed Fahrenheit 911 to his class. Liberal teachers will stop at nothing to indoctrinate kids.

I actually watched it last week after the election was over (A friend put me up to it in a kind of "know-your-enemy" exercise). I was astonished that anyone could possibly take it seriously. Not only was it not truthful, but it looked like it was done by the producers of "Jackass". It was just a big juvenile publicity stunt for Michael Moore. His stunts where he drives the ice cream truck around the Capitol harranguing the congresspeople with the Patriot Act and when he got the mutinuous Marine corporal to go with him harassing congresspeople to try to enlist their children in the army were the actions of an ignored 4-year old who acts up and yells "Look at me!" to try to get attention.

This post is perfect timing for me personally. My 17 year old son came home and informed me that his Sociology class is watching 3 of Michael Moore's movies....yes, including F 9/11. I was enraged this afternoon and left a message for his teacher....I didn't realize that Michael Moore was writing educational guides too!
