The Dutch are the classic liberals, the classic drunken liberals (maybe, not as drunk as the Norwegians), THEY LEARN NOTHING!!! It was only recently that Dutch politician Pim Fortune was assassinated. The Dutch milled about a while after that shooting and then, did nothing. The stereotype seems accurate; they are stubbornly pretending to be ultra-liberal and will learn nothing from ALL the evidence that they are on the wrong path!

A horrible murder by Muslims with their top leaders remaining silent.....as is usual when innocent people are murdered by them.

However, something must be wrong with the Dutch people for they seem to condone everything and anything. There is an abscence of civil sensibilites to be seen in this land.

In Amsterdam, for example,the smell of pot is everywhere, porno is publically in your face (they consider this being "grown up"), and the place is just physically dirty.

The people have to regain the ability to punish those that break the law....and start off by reinstalling sensible laws.

It isn't honestly "hate speech" that's the problem here, it's that people feel compelled to shoot and stab one another as a consequence of it. One can certainly be an antisemitic jerk - Van Gogh, by all reports - and not a murderer. Or the other way, as the guy who did him.

The multicultural enhusiasm that is responsible for the "hate speech" laws in the first place makes a fatal blurring between speech and action. There is no real question that speech violent enough can constitute assault or incitement to riot, but that isn't what the "hate speech" laws are about, and it is a mistake to equate calling someone an objectionable name and killing them, or to insist that the one ineluctably leads to the other. The intention is to make "hate speech" as objectionable as murder, but the effect is to make murder as cheap and acceptable as speech.
