Do they make a lot of noise?

Judging by that pic it looks like you would barely see them when the folliage is full.

I live in the neighborhood of a large chemical plant so what do I know? I have a great view of the stacks out my front door, but it was there when I moved in so that tells you how much it bothers me. Not much.

Thank God, a realist posts!

Windfarms are neither soothing nor pretty. They are an eyesore! Not only that they are a source of major noise pollution, they are inefficient, a source of "global warming" (if you are concerned about such things) and do infact kill birds.
