"How dare the gubmint tell this lady how she should live!" /so-called "property-rights"
There are property rights and there are property
wrongs. I have no problem with someone living like this if they have a forty acre spread out in the country, where such an accumulation of trash really won't affect neighbors. I live in a downtown area, though, and I have had neighbors like this. Maybe I don't have a constitutional right to be able to walk out my door with no fear of gagging from the neighbor's stench, but come on!!!
I agree with you, Diet...she is probably unstable. How could a sane person choose to live in this manner?
