Lawmakers are considering an emergency law that will allow authorities to revoke the Dutch nationality of dual citizens suspected of terrorist activity, so they can be deported.

I would suggest execution is better than terrorism, as the deported ones will be a fountain of information on infiltration for the next wave of Jihadi.
