". . . turnout was highest in Milwaukee in Ward 39, where 110% of the estimated voting-age population cast ballots at UWM's Sandburg Hall."

* * *

"The second-highest turnout - 101% of the voting-age population in Ward 110, where 1,512 people voted at Palmer Street School on N. 1st St."

* * *

"The most lopsided result was in Ward 176 on the north side, where voting was done in the field house at Auer Avenue Playground, 2221 W. Auer Ave. Kerry won 99% of the vote, with 573 votes; Bush had six votes and Nader had one."

110% turnout??? Kerry wins one ward 573 to 6? Does that have any plausibility???

In Milwaukee, the DEMOCRAT VOTER FRAUD capital of the country, implausible voting statistics add to the pile of evidence that the democrats engaged in massive voter fraud.

It should be noted that UWM's Sandberg Hall was a hot location for operatives working for the New Voter Project, a leftie 527 organization, some of whose members were "deputized" by compliant election clerks to vouch for thousands of "registrations."

The fraud in Milwaukee continues. I have no doubt that we would be a red state without the cheating.

Part of their welfare reform. Thier check is proportional to the number of Democratic ballots they submit.

Remember that in Wisconsin you can registr the day of the election. The estimate of the number of eligible voters is just thtat an ESTIMATE.

See fraud there is about the same as saying results at variance with exit polls shows fraud. It basically means that unless they find some fraudulent names and addresses that the number of eligible voters was underestimated.

Bush lost Wisconsin by 11,812 votes out of nearly 3 million cast. Are you implying that he may have been cheated out of it!!?? : o Democrats wouldn't commit voter fraud. They're the party of compassion and fairness!

Wouldn't it be a hoot if the DU investigators did find fraud, but only on the Kerry side. The DU is foaming at the possibilities of tossing GWB out. Unfortunately they have misunderestimated him again.

This demonstrates the need for massive election reforms....aint gonna happen though. They tried it 3 years ago and all the teeth were pulled out of the Bill, over things like requiring ID to vote. I remember Schumer raising hell over that on the Senate floor.

I find their logic funny. You have to have an ID to rent a DVD, but not for voting.

The Dums might have gotten even more votes if they didn't abort more potential Dum voters.

Pennsylvania would also be a red state without the fraud in Philly. Vote fraud should be treated as a serious crim.

It's time to try again. Genuine election reform should be a priority.

Even less. It was eleven thousand something. There were approximately 3 million votes cast in Wisconsin.

I wish Ashcroft or someone would investigate this stuff and prosecute this time, seems like they just let it slide once an election is over.

This is why most of the US is red. We're sick of voter fraud, dirty tricks, lack of ethics, lack of integrity and lack of principles.

"..By one measure, turnout was highest in Milwaukee in Ward 39, where 110% of the estimated voting-age population cast ballots at UWM's Sandburg Hall. The percentage was more than 100% most likely because Sandburg's population is now higher than census estimates: The dorm complex's east tower opened in fall 2001. In addition, though, students turned out in huge numbers, and that bodes well for Democrats, said Ald. Mike D'Amato, who represents the area..."
