The plaintiff's allegations were familiar to legal experts: a boorish boss demanded sexual favors, made lewd comments and groped his employee. The worker's complaints were ignored or met with reduced hours and threats of dismissal. The suit filed in Urbana, Ill., against Federal Express Corp. was one of at least four filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recently citing companies in four states. These cases, though, have a twist: all involve same-sex harassment, a complaint becoming increasingly familiar across the country and highlighted in August by a former aide's allegation that he was harassed by New Jersey Gov. James McGreevey. McGreevey denied harassment but admitted having a sexual relationship with the man and said he would resign Nov. 15. The accuser, Golan Cipel, did not sue, saying McGreevey's resignation was sufficient punishment. Others have not been so swayed. In 2003, WABC anchorman Steve Bartelstein was sued by a male co-worker who accused the TV personality of stalking and sexually harassing him. Bartelstein denied the accusations, and the case was settled out of court in July. A former aide to City Councilman Vincent Gentile is mulling a lawsuit against Gentile, whom he accuses of making passes at him. Gentile denies the accusations. The EEOC estimates that 15 percent of the sexual harassment cases it handles nowadays involve same-sex allegations, and the number is rising. "This is an example of something that was quite stigmatized, and now people are willing to come forward and talk about it," said EEOC spokeswoman Jennifer Kaplan.

What ever happened to punching someones lights out?
BTTT
Note to business owners: hire only bi-sexuals so that there will be no disparate treatment.
hehehehe...
I didn't have to read past the title and got the *giggles.*
This seems to be an unforseen consequence of homosexual acceptance by society.
Where this use to be a closeted matter it's now getting to where homosexuals are openly displaying their conduct.
It doen't take a genius to see where this type of behavior will go if homosexuality is accepted as "normal" by the larger segments of society.
I would have sent him to the emergency room.
Because the perp would then be seen as a "victim" in the eyes of the law, and you'd go to jail and/or get sued. Too bad. We never should've outlawed duelling.
BTW, apart from legal considerations, you never want to punch a harassing sodomite's lights out for a basic microbiological reason -- if his bleeding nose spatters back in your face, or if you cut your fist on his teeth, you might get AIDS.
Nearly 80% of the sexual abuse cases brought against the Cathoic Church have been tied to same-sex predators. Homosexual male clergy and staff repeatedly attacking underage boys.
The amazing thing is how rabid the homosexual lobby it about limiting access by homosexual men to underage boys.
Go figure.
dung.
What?!?!? How can this be? Homosexuals are 3% of the population (at most) -- how can they be 15% of the sexual harassers? Why, this almost implies that homosexuals are more prone to sexual aggression than normal people. Surely that can't be true? /sarcasm>
"Lot, bring out the men who came to your house, that we may know them....." Some things never change.
Ummmmm, bad idea. That will just make the problem worse.
I'd have sent him to the morgue.
Right! Just shoot 'em instead.
those were the days.
I knocked one out once, as he put his hand on my thigh:-)
I New Orleans transvestite on Bourbon Street once tapped me on the shoulder to offer his/her "services".
I told it "Simper and swish all you want, but if you put a hand on me again, you're gonna lose it."
Its reply: "Well! You don't have to be such a beast about it!"
I, and my friends, laughed right in it's face.
A young but tough friend of mine was once arrested for joy-riding and locked in a cell with an aggressive homosexual, who promptly made a pass.
My friend broke his arm.
The cops took the perv out, put his arm in a cast and made the mistake of putting him back in with my friend. He made another pass and got his other arm broken.
The cops thought this was hilarious.
aka John Wayne Gacy..
The outcome was less pleasant
ROTF..
"The cops thought this was hilarious."
