Well after reading that it has been posted on multiple occasions I offer my apolgies for overloading the server and inserting redundancy into the discussion here. I tried using the search engine with several relevant search phrases and found nothing.
I hope no blames me for really liking the look of the map.

It doesn't overload the FreeRepublic server at all. This image is coming from some other server,
http://www.hannity.com, in this case. Just the text comes from a
FreeRepublic.com server.
