All the other contributors are apparently "VERY special interests." Any apparent quid pro quo must therefore be accepted as in the best interests of the people.< /s>

We couldn't move the numbers in the State Legislature. The flip side is, we didn't lose any seats either. Consider how liberal this state is, I'll claim it as a victory.
