A Majority in the Senate consists of sixty Senators. In the even that neither Party should have sixty Senators, then the Senate Majority shall be commanded by the Party that last commanded a Majority. Therefore, look for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (NV) to succeed the defeated Thomas Daschle (SD) as chief obstructionist.
