No, you don't have to tag them and you don't need a license or permit. But it may be illegal to hunt them over a baited field or use certain other tactics. You cannot, for instance, put up a sign for a free showing of a Michael Moore movie. You cannot use a replica of your local welfare office, democrat headquarters, or union hall as your hunting blind. Nor can you use replicas of democrat politicians, Kerry, Clinton, Teddy Kennedy, etc, as decoys. These things are simply not considered sporting in most jurisdictions. However, you should check with your local game commissioner. In some counties where liberals are particularly numerous, these restrictions are sometimes waived.
