Nope...what it says is that the people who did the research were paid for by the liberal elite. Look at the top 10...no surprise that they are mostly the "blue" states.

The reddest state in the nation, the state that always goes for the Republican candidate in presidential elections, is Nebraska (my state), number 13. Not bad!

They are blue states but they also have the fewest illegal aliens.

class size is such BS. there are endless numbers of kids who came from asian countries...50+ people in class their asian schools...then they end up valedectorian at US schools. Lazy uninterested parents do more harm than big classes.
