It wouldn't be a bad idea to side line Hildebeast by putting her on as Ruth Bader Ginsberg's replacement if it should open up. One looney vote would still be one looney vote.

Doesn't the disbarment expire in a year or so? I thought it was a five year suspension. Refresh my memory.
Actually, it would be humorous for Bush to appoint as the best qualified Democrat one who has been disbarred for perjury. Not funny to actually do it, just funny to think about.
