I dunno why W supported Specter. Perhaps he thought he'd get the favor returned.

It was obvious the favor wouldn't be returned; I have absolutely no idea why Specter was supported.
Have to admit, I didn't expect Arlen would stab Bush in the back so quickly. He really wasted no time whatsoever in reminding us all that he was a registered Democrat who only switched parties to get on the ballot.
