LOS ANGELES -- About 1,000 protesters gathered in Hollywood Saturday to rally against President Bush's re-election and U.S. military operations in Iraq, police said. Four people were arrested.

Demonstrators chanting anti-war slogans and waving signs marched to a military recruiting office at a busy intersection as police in riot gear looked on.

"What is it going to take for the American people and the world to understand that George W. Bush is not good for America?" protester Franco Massimo said on KNBC-TV.

A scuffle broke out after authorities stepped between the protesters and a military recruiting office. Demonstrators were arrested for allegedly throwing bottles and vandalizing cars and trying to prevent officers from making an arrest. Police later dispersed the crowd.

I'd wish the MSM would stop giving these whining brats so much under deserved attention.

If they were my collective child, I'd spank them.

When the police start 'dispersing' crowds like this using something belt fed, then I'll start cheering.

I'll be even more pleased when the property owners cease bothering to call the cops and handling this sort of thing on their own.

You're doing great. Keep it up. The American people are THIS close to waking up. They just need to see about a zillion more protests over the next four years.

I couldn't believe the attention given to those stupid brats holed up in the school library in Colorado.

Every time you see a riot by these retards make sure you send George Soros a thank you card. I would suggest messages such as:

"Thanks for the anarchy, George. It was lovely."

Or,

"It is so good to see your love for democracy finding such a constructive outlet. Keep up the good work!"

I recommend cards with a flower motif.

I believe that something more than tear gas or pepper spray must be used. I would suggest mixing in a little 'Skunk Shot'. That way, the rioters will carry a stench with them, so that people know not to associate with them.

Let's give them papers to emigrate to the Socialist welfare state of their choice.

From the photos I have seen of Bush-haters, they already carry a stench with them.

What is it going to take for the American people and the world to understand that George W. Bush is not good for America?"

IMHO, that understanding won't be considered until violent protesters such as that one have been arrested, tried and incarcerated for several years.

Reality check here....obviously we thought he was good for America; otherwise he wouldn't have been elected by such a wide margin.
