All the more reason that conservatives should have voted first for Toomey in the primary, then for Clymer in the general. That way, someone more principled and supportive would be in charge of Judiciary. Now it's likely to be turned over to George Soros's favorite "Republican."

This kind of party loyalty undermines itself. Principle over party.

I remember that proposal floating around on FR a few months back.

I rejected it then and I reject it now...at least the second part.

It's a shame we didn't get Toomey but electing a RAT is something I couldn't bring myself to do under today's environment. We will just have to find a way to defrock this POS specter.

Oh, I think Specter is only one of several Soros puppets in the Republican Party. McCain is probably the biggest. Specter has to be kicked from the Judiciary Committee. Oherwise it's going to be nothing but Kennedys and Souters appointed to the Federal bench.
