I'm old and tired. Someone else post a picture of 'toast', please. She has a better chance of meeting Elvis in a diner than becoming President.

If by some chance Hillary is handed the nomination in 2008 (she will not have to work for it), her vote total might not near 40% against any generic conservative Republican.

Bush will leave the country in much better shape than he received it.

I am assuming part of that 'work' is a total remake of the woman herself?

I suggest she schedule a weekend retreat for contemplation hosted near a body of water, by Uncle Teddy.

Even the editor of the Progressive magazine, Matt Rothschild, readily admits that H is unelectable. This he said unambiguously in an interview on Wisconsin Public Radio (Yeah, I was gloating, only reason I'd listen)

if Rudy or Pataki is the opponent, she will not run for re-election. she will move right into the presidential race.

That may be the single best thing ever to happen to the Republican party; she could singlehandedly destroy what remains of the Dem party.

Or, we could be royally screwed.

Hope it's the former.

You're right on your first point if she runs. But I am on record for saying she will not be the nominee. We shall see.
