It's "Mr. W" to him and his ilk. Otherwise we're confused as to which Mr. Bush they're talking about.
Probably still has all his "W" keys removed from his keyboard.

It irks me to no end too. Also, I was watching an Astros game a while back, and as you may or may not know, 41 goes to a bunch. Anyway, he was being interviewed by some local hack reporter during the 7th Inning Stretch. And this guy, speaking directly to former President Bush, calls him "Mr. Bush." I was enraged. No respect whatsoever. 41 is far too classy to have said anything, but this reporter knows nothing of manners.
