The Helen Bader Foundation got its money from the old Aldrich Chemical Company. Further down we see (from the Wisconsin Corporate website) that they haven't kept current on their corporation.

The Helen Bader Foundation has awarded 99 new grants totaling $4,774,410 to assist programs throughout Wisconsin and Israel.
