Experts From Bulgaria, Greece and Russia Agree on Controversial Oil Pipe Project
SOFIA (bnn)- Experts from Bulgaria, Greece and Russia have ironed out differences on a joint project to pipe Russian oil from the Black Sea to the Aegean bypassing the Bosporus strait in Turkey, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Regional Development said Friday.

Because America wants the other route that gives Turkey a section - so she can control it via Turkey (pre Iraq thinking that Turkey is America's bitch?).

My in-laws live downwind from the ESSO refinery in Thessaloniki. I get respiratory problems when I visit.
