She is a tree-hugging Socialist of the worst order. To listen to her, one would think she took too many "hits" of Acid in the 60's.
If they let her get elected, this will be San Francisco South.

That's too bad. I've considered San Diego as one of the more conservative cities in a state with few large conservative cities.

Actually, a municipal bankruptcy is possible, particularly if Donna is elected. San Diego has significant pension underfunding liabilities, unsustainable municipal union contracts, limited sources of tax revenue, and a credit rating so bad that its ability to borrow is approaching the nonexistent. The only solutions to these problems that do not involve insolvency must include tough negotiations with the unions. Donna is a tool of the unions. They were the principal sponsors of her candidacy. It may be a very interesting four years here in America's Finest City.
