AUSTIN - Flanked by Mexican Foreign Minister Luis Ernesto Derbez, U.S. Sen Kay Bailey Hutchinson on Thursday said reviving an immigration agreement with Mexico will be among the top priorities for President Bush during his second term.Since the President wants this, can we send all the illegals to Texas? I'm sure they could use a few million more.
