No... wedge does not mean marginal, it means divisive. Try a dictionary.

And I was refering to Specter as being a "wedge" Republican because he is moderate. He is pro-choice, but voted for the Partial Birth Abortion Ban and he voted for Laci and Connor's Law. He's not as conservative as I'd like personally, but he is not extreme left, either.

Now, how about the point I made that you completely ignored in replying to my post? Do you not see how the liberal media deliberately tries to turn Republicans against each other? Should we not be skeptical of an "article" that is an obvious attempt to do so?

Okay, it's a divisive issue. Glad you recognize that I don't support Specter in the least, your facts about Specter's votes notwithstanding.

Sometimes conservatives don't see eye to eye, and it doesn't take a liberal to make us argue.
