The last time I was in London (20030 I was surprised at how rude people were to each other...let alone how I was talked to when they discovered my American Accent. You smile, you can be complimentary, you tip well and even ask if you can help! and still 70% of the folks treat you like dirt. I sure know why my ancestors left.
